Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@boundlessbayllc.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit
Return Shipping Fees
- If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement at no charge.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g. changed mind, ordered the wrong item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is issued.
