Digital delivery

All of our products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Here's how you'll receive and open your files.

How delivery works

  1. Complete checkout

    Pay securely through Shopify's checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

  2. Receive your download

    After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. The link is also shown on your order confirmation page.

  3. Open in Excel or Google Sheets

    Open the .xlsx file in Excel, or use the Google Sheets link to make your own copy in Google Drive.

Delivery method
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. The link is also shown on your order confirmation page.

Delivery time
Access is usually provided within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. Occasionally payments need extra verification, which can delay delivery.

File formats

  • Excel: .xlsx workbook. Microsoft 365 or Excel 2021 or later is recommended.
  • Google Sheets: a link that lets you make your own copy in Google Drive. A free Google account is required.

Didn't receive your files?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find them, email support@boundlessbayllc.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Shipping
We don't ship physical products, and no shipping fees are charged.
