Products
What do I receive after purchasing?
You receive the digital files for the dashboard you bought: an Excel workbook (.xlsx) and access to a Google Sheets version. Each product page lists exactly what's included.
Is this a physical product?
No. All of our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Can beginners use these templates?
Yes. You enter your information in clearly labelled input areas, and totals and charts update automatically. No formulas or advanced spreadsheet skills are needed to get started.
Can I use the templates for my business?
Yes. Your purchase lets you use the templates in your own business. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files. See our Terms of Service for details.
Excel & Google Sheets
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
No. Every dashboard also comes as a Google Sheets version, which you can use with a free Google account. If you prefer Excel, you'll need Microsoft 365 or Excel 2021 or later (Windows or Mac).
Can I use Google Sheets?
Yes. You'll get a link that lets you make your own copy of the Google Sheets version in your Google Drive. Your copy is private to you unless you choose to share it.
Can I customize the dashboards?
Yes. You can rename categories, change currency, edit labels and adjust colors. We recommend keeping a backup copy before changing any formulas.
Can I use the templates on a Mac?
Yes. Google Sheets works in any modern browser, and the Excel version works with Excel for Mac. Apple Numbers isn't officially supported.
Can I use a different currency?
Yes. You can change the currency format in the file to match your business.
Orders, delivery & refunds
How do I access my files?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. The link is also shown on your order confirmation page. If you can't find your download, check your spam folder or contact us at support@boundlessbayllc.shop with your order number.
I didn't receive my download. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, email support@boundlessbayllc.shop with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we'll resend your access.
Are updates included?
Your purchase includes the current version of the dashboard. Future versions aren't included automatically, but if you find a problem with your file, contact us and we'll fix it.
What is your refund policy for digital products?
Because digital files can't be returned once they've been delivered, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you can't access your purchase, contact us at support@boundlessbayllc.shop within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Read the full Refund Policy.
Do you offer support after purchase?
Yes. Email support@boundlessbayllc.shop with any questions about setting up or using your template. We aim to reply Within 24 hours.
